HSLAS-F Grade 80 재질은 저합금 열간 압연강재로, 성형성을 증강시킨
재질로 다른 일반 열간압연 탄소 강판보다 훨씬 높은 기계적 성질로

항복강도 80 ksi (550MPa), 인장강도 90 ksi에 이르는 강도 재료입니다.
또한 일반 탄소 강재보다도 좋은 내식성과 내후성 재료입니다.

하지만 스테인리스 수준의 내식성이 담보되지 않습니다.
낮은 강도의 Mild Steel 대비 높은 비강도 재료로, 구조용 (structural) 강재입니다.

※ Formability (성형성 : 成形性)
파괴, 국부화된 얇아짐(thining) 또는 주름(wrinkling)이 발생되지 않고
재료를 필요한 형태로 만들 수 있는 성능을 말합니다.

※ Alloy steel (합금강 : 合金鋼)
Steel to which one or more alloy elements are added in order to
improve the properties of steel or to give designated properties.

강의 성질을 개선, 향상시키기 위하여, 또는 소정의 성질을 구비시키기
위하여 합금원소를 1종 또는 2종 이상 함유시킨 강을 말합니다.

Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
and other structure uses, which require high strength,

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물용으로서 강도 및 필요에 따라
용접성을 중시하여 제조된 강재를 말합니다.

※ Atmospheric corrosion resistance (내후성 : 耐候性)
A property of low alloy steels or the like for corrosion resistance
in the atmospheric of natural environment.
Including the resistance for deterioration of resin for coated
steel plate and polyvinyl chloride-coated steel plate.

저 합금강 등이 자연 환경의 대기 속에서 부식에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
