1.6758 강재는 엔지니어링 구조용 강재로 체인용 강재이기도 합니다.
Round Rink 용접 가능한 체인용 단조 재료 규격입니다.

니켈-크롬-몰리브덴 합금강재로 Quenched Tempered 조건에서
강도 1180 MPa minimum 의 고강도 재료이고, 니켈 원소에 의한 인성,

크롬과 몰리브덴으로 높은 QT 성능의 고강도 재료이고
단조재로 생산해, 강재 내부의 품질을 높여서 사용하는 합금강재입니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는 (소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것을 말합니다.

※ Nickel (Ni)
One of the most widely used alloying elements in steel.
In amounts of 0.50% to 5.00% its use in alloy steels increases
the toughness and tensile strength without detrimental effect
on the ductility. Nickel also increases the hardenability.

니켈은 강 (steel)에 많이 합금 되는 원소로, 0.50~5.00% 수준의 합금으로도, 강의
연성에 해로운 영향을 주지 않고, 강도와 인성을 증가 시키고, 경화능 향상 원소입니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness.

질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도를 말합니다.
충격에 파괴됨이 없이 충격을 흡수하는 능력으로, 인성이 낮은 강재는
깨지기 쉽고, 높은 인성 재료는 보통 연성도 높습니다.
