B163 N08810 합금 특징은 고온 환경에서 내부식, 내산화, 내침탄 특징으로
니켈-철-크롬 합금 튜브이고, 보통 Alloy 800H/800HT 듀얼 스펙인 경우가 많습니다.

Alloy 800H 재질은 Incoloy®800H trademark of the Special Metals Corporation
등록 상표이기도 하며, ASTM B163 N08810 규정과 서로 대응됩니다.

B163 N08810/Alloy 800H 재질은 N08810/Alloy800 보다 크리프 강도가 높아
600℃ 수준에서도 좋은 크리프 강도, 연성, 내산화/환원성, 내질화성 니켈 합금입니다.

이런 특징으로 N08810 합금은 과열기와 열교환기, 발전소의 튜브 시스템, 열처리 시설,
에틸렌, 염화에틸렌, 아세트산 무수물, 화학 제조 공장과 정유 처리 시설에 쓰입니다.

※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.

내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.

※ Creep resistance (내 (耐) 크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이 시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는
현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line) 상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면수축률 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.
