AL3003 H14 는 3000 series 알루미늄으로 가장 잘 알려진 대표적 재질입니다.
순알루미늄 수준의 내식성과 성형성을 가지면서, 강도만 약간 높인 합금입니다.
AL3003 합금은 Al-Mn 합금으로 망간 합금의 영향은 결정립 미세화로 내식성 저하없이
강도를 높일수 있지만, 전기전도도를 떨어 뜨리는 영향을 주기도 합니다.
이 재질은 열처리로 강도를 높일 수 없는 비열처리성 알루미늄 합금으로
순알루미늄 AL1100 H14 항복강도 95 MPa minimum 일 때
AL3003 H14 인 경우는 항복강도 115 MPa 수준으로 약 20% 높습니다.
이 재질의 특징은 우수항 성형성, 내식성, 용접성입니다.
※ 금속 재료의 강화 방법
가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Strain hardening)
석출 경화 ; 시효 경화 (Precipitation strengthening)
결정립 미세화(Grain refinement),
고용 강화 (Solid-solution strengthening) 등이 있습니다.
※ Formability (성형성 : 成形性)

required shape without generating cracks
균열을 일으키는 일 없이 필요한 형상으로
성형할 수 있는 정도를 말합니다.
※ Formability (성형성 : 成形性)
파괴, 국부화된 얇아짐(thining) 또는 주름(wrinkling)이 발생되지 않고
재료를 필요한 형태로 만들 수 있는 성능을 말합니다.
※ Grain (결정립 : 結晶粒)
