A6N01-T5 재질 합금은 가장 많이 사용되는 6000 series 알루미늄 합금으로
항복강도 205 MPa minimum, 인장강도 245 MPa minimum 강도입니다.

기계적 성질을 탄소강과 비교해 보면 열간 압연 연강판 (mild steel) 재질인 SPHC
또는 냉간 압연 강판 SPCC (인장강도 270 MPa 이상) 보다 약한 수준의 강도입니다.

A6N01 열처리형 합금은 압출성이 좋아 복잡한 형상의 프로파일 (profile) 압출이 가능하고
6000 시리즈 합금 특징인 용접성과 내식성, 표면 마무리성이 좋은 알루미늄 합금입니다.

A6N01 합금은 ASTM B221 AL6005 (UNS A96005) 압출 와이어, 로드, 바,
튜브, 형재 (形材) 규정과 대응되며, AL6063 보다 강도가 높은 재질입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.
인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축률, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Extrusion (압출 : 押出)
Shaping metal into a chosen continuous form by forcing it
through a die of appropriate shape.
금속재료를 일정한 다이에 힘을 가하며 통과시켜 연속적으로
원하는 형상의 제품을 제조하는 방법을 말합니다.

※ Tensile Strength (인장강도 : 引張强度)
Value of maximum load during tensile test divided by the
original sectional area of parallel portion.
As for materials in which the maximum load withstood by test piece
after yielding is lower than the upper yield point, it shall be the
value of the maximum load after yielding divided by original
sectional area of parallel portion.
