SNCM815 강재는 니켈-크롬-몰리브덴 합금강으로, 열처리로 높은 기계적 성질을
실현할 수 있는 기계 구조용 합금강으로 강인강으로도 불리는 강재입니다.

SNCM815 재질에는 강재의 인성을 높여주는 Nickel 원소가 4.0~4.50% 합금으로
SNCN 강종 11종류 중 Nickel 합금량이 가장 높으며, 니켈은 인성을 높이는 효과적

원소이고, 저온에서의 내충격성을 향상시키는 중요한 역할을 합니다.
SNCM815 강재는 주로 QT열처리 해서 사용하는 경우가 많으며, +QT 열처리 후

인장강도 1079 MPa 이상이고, 경도 HB 311~375 수준이며
이런 기계적 성질은 SNCM강종 11 종류 중 가장 높습니다.

forging, cutting, drawing, etc. and heat treatment
보통 사용할 때 단조, 절삭, 인발등의 가공과 열처리를 시행하여
소기의 성질을 얻어 기계부품으로 만들어지는 합금강 강재를 말합니다.
