SB410 재질은 538 ℃ (1000℉)까지 123 MPa 값을 가지는 강재로 200℃ 이상 차이입니다.
SS400 강재처럼 350℃까지 온도가 나타나는 재질로는 압력 배관용 탄소강관
KS SPPS380, JIS STPG370. 고압용 강관 KS SPPH380, JIS STS370 재질도 마찬가지입니다.

탄소강 단조강에서 SF440A처럼 “A”인 경우는 충격시험이 없고,
SF540B처럼 “B”인 경우는 CVN 충격시험이 있습니다.

또한 “A”인 경우는 외경에 따른 기계적 성질 변화의 규정이 없지만 “B”인 경우는
외경이 커짐에 따라 강도가 구분되면서 외경이 커질수록 질량 효과로 강도는 떨어집니다.

※ Mass effect (질량 효과 : 質量效果)
The degree of difference in depth of the quench hardened layer
according to the greatness of mass and sectional dimensions .
When a slight change of mass or sectional dimensions bring about
a great change in the depth of the hardened layer, the mass effect is said to be great.
