2.1030 번호를 가지는 재질은 주석 청동에 인을 합금한 재질로 인청동입니다.
재질 이름 CuSn8P, Temper에 따라 10종류가 있고, 그중 Temper R450은

항복강도 280 MPa minimum이고, 특징으로는 베어링 용도입니다.
내마모성이고 인 (燐 : phosphorus) 원소가 우수한 윤활성 (anti-friction)을 부여합니다.

인 원소는 강 (steel)에서는 비금속 개재물로 불순물로 취급해 많아봐야 0.050% max.
수준으로, 최대한 인의 합금량을 줄이려고 탈인(脫燐) 공정이 있기도 합니다.

2.1030 재질은 동합금 ASTM C52100과 대응되며,
그냥 숫자만으로 재질인 52100은 합금강 베어링강으로 구분됩니다.

청동에 인을 많이도 말고 2.1030 재질처럼 0.2~0.4% 수준만 합금해도 내마모성과 탄성이
좋아지기 때문으로, 환봉과 Rod, 각바, Sheet 형상의 스프링용 인청동 규격도 있습니다.

※ Bearing steel (베어링강)
Alloy steels used for balls, rollers, inner rings and outer rings of rolling bearing
High fatigue strength and high abrasion resistance are required because
high speed variable repeating load should be necessarily endured .
Therefore, they are manufactured taking into consideration the importance
of the cleanliness of steel and the uniformity of structure.
High carbon low chromium steel is, in general, a representative steel grade.
ISO 6929 treats case hardening steels, induction hardening steels,
stainless steels, and high temperature resistance steels as bearing steels other
than high carbon-chromium steel.

로울링 베어링의 강구, 롤, 내륜, 외륜에 쓰이는 합금강을 말합니다.
고속으로 변동하는 반복 하중에 견디어 내는 필요성에서 높은 내피로강도와
내마멸성이 요구되므로, 강철의 청정도와 조직의 균열성을 중요시 해
제조됩니다. 일반적으로 고탄소 저크롬강이 대표적입니다.

※ Phosphorus (P : 燐)
The presence of this element in steel is usually regarded as an
undesirable impurity due to its embrittling effect. In most steels
it is limited to a maximum of 0.050%.

인 (燐)은 금속에 취성 성질을 주는 불순 원소로 취급되고
대부분의 강 (鋼)에서는 최대 0.050% 까지로 제한합니다.
