SMA490BW 강재는 JIS G 3114 열간 압연 용접 구조용 내후성 강판
규격이면서 보통 페인트 도장을 하지 않고 사용하는 강재이면서

0℃에서 27 joule minimum의 충격 시험 보증 조건의 재료를 말합니다.
이는 통상 페인트 도장을 해서 사용하는 SMA490BP 강재와 구분됩니다.

SMA490BW — 0℃/27 joule minimum

SMA490CW — 0℃/47 joule minimum으로 기호가 구분되며 SMA400 강재
최소 인장강도 400MPa와 비교해 490MPa로 강도가 높아 고강도 강재로 구분합니다.

일반 구조용 강재인 SS490, 용접 구조용 강재인 SM490 강재와 비교해
자연환경의 대기 환경에서 더 높은 부식에 견디는 성질을 가지는 재료입니다.

※ Atmospheric corrosion resistance (내후성 : 耐候性)
A property of low alloy steels or the like for corrosion resistance
in the atmospheric of natural environment.
Including the resistance for deterioration of resin for coated
steel plate and polyvinyl chloride-coated steel plate.

※ Impact Test (충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격시험, 아이조드
충격시험으로 구분됩니다.
