SUS310H 강재의 특징은 고 내식성, 고온용으로 사용되는 오스테나이트
스테인리스로 1100℃ 수준까지 내산화성을 가지는 내열 강판입니다.

SUS310H — 탄소량 0.04~0.10%
SUS310S — 탄소량 0.08 maximum으로 차이가 있고

기계적 성질에서 차이가 없어, 서로 얼마든지 비교 가능한 호환 재질입니다.
25% 수준의 크롬 합금량은 304, 316 재질의 크롬 18% 수준보다 훨씬 높으며

21% 수준의 니켈 합금량은 304, 316 니켈 합금량 8% 수준보다 높은 재질로
고온에서의 내산화 성질에서 뛰어나고, 내식성에서 당연히 우수합니다.

오스테나이트 스테인리스의 장점인 극저온에서도 높은 노치 인성으로 극저온 사용
가능하고, 비자성 성질, 높은 내산화성으로 다목적 사용 가능한 재질입니다.

이와 같은 특성으로 극저온용 부품, 용융로(爐 : furnace), 버너, 열 교환기
식음료 제조 산업, 발전 설비 부품, 열처리로 재료로 사용됩니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness.
질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도를 말합니다.
충격에 파괴됨이 없이 충격을 흡수하는 능력으로, 인성이 낮은 강재는
깨지거나 찢어지기 쉽고, 높은 인성 재료는 보통 연성도 높습니다.

Impact absorbing ability of steel without fracture. It is measured by
energy absorbed in an impact bending test. But the area below the
stress-strain curve in tensile testing is also a measure of toughness.
Steel and metal, which is difficult to break has a high toughness.
Steel and metal , which high toughness normally has a high ductility and is
difficult to break with impact energy.
Steels and metals with low toughness are brittle.

※ Heat Resisting (내열 : 耐熱)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistant to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts
and molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties
during short and long-term stressing — EN 10095

내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
