S355J2NR 강판, 유럽 규격 노말라이징 열처리 탄소강

S355J2NR 규격은 유럽 규격의 EN 10025-2 열간 압연 탄소강에 대한 규정으로
강판, 형강, 각강과 같은 열간 압연 중 생산되는 강판에 주로 나타나는 규격입니다.

항복강도 355 MPa minimum이고 영하 20℃에서 27 Joule minimum 조건으로
강재가 온도가 내려가면 갈수록 취성 (brittleness)의 증가에 대해, 이를 보증하는 강재를 말합니다.

S355J2N – Normalizing — 생산 후 열처리로를 거침으로 생산 일정이 느림.
S355J2NR – Normalizing Rolling 생산 중에 Normalizing 함으로, 생산 일정이 빠름이라는

차이가 있지만 물성에서 S355J2N = S355J2NR 성립이라고 EN 규격은 나타납니다.
생산 후 열처리가 없으면 As Roll, S355J2를 Normalizing Rolling 열처리하면 S355J2NR이 됩니다.

※ Rolled steel products (압연강재 : 壓延鋼材)
Steel products to be formed bars, wire rods, sections, steel strip
in coil, steel plates, flat bar and so on by rolling mill.
Normally those further not hot rolled by the manufacturer.

압연기로서 봉강, 선재, 형강, 강판, 강대, 평강 등의 모양으로, 성형 가공한 강재로
성형 가공 후 보통 제조자에 의해 더 이상 추가적인 열간 압연이 없습니다.

※ Normalizing rolling (NR)
Rolling process in which the final deformation process in carried out
in a certain temperature range leading to a material condition equivalent
to that obtained after normalizing so that the specified values of the
mechanical properties are retained even after normalizing.

Normalizing rolling (NR) 은 controlled rolling (CR) 과 같은 개념의 용어로
온도 제어 압연을 말합니다. 압연 중에 노말라이징(소준)을 끝내는 것으로,
강재가 압연 후 별도의 열처리로를 거치는 공정이 없습니다.
하지만 열처리로를 거치는 Normalizing 강재와 NR 강재의 물성을 같다고 봅니다.
