JIS 로는 CAC402 (Old BC2)와 대응됩니다.

별명으로 “G” Naval Bronze라고도 부릅니다.
C90300 은, 탈아연화 (Dezincification) 부식에 대한 우수한 저항성과

높은 내마모성의 기계적 성질을 가지며, 납 용출량이 아주 적습니다.
베어링, 슬리브, 부시, 펌프의 몸체, 임펠러

밸브, 기어, 선박용 둥근 창, 전동기기 부품 등으로 사용됩니다
용접과 Brazing이 가능한 금속입니다.

사형 주조 (Sand mold casting)
금형 주조 (Metal mold casting)

원심 주조 (Centrifugal casting)
정밀 주조 (Precision casting) 으로 주조 가능합니다.

C90300, Good in pressure tightness, abrasion resistance and
corrosion resistance and moreover, in mechanical properties.
very little lead leaching.

Use for Bearing, Sleeve, Bushing, Pump, Barrel,
Impeller valve, Gear, Slide scuttle for ship, Electric motor parts, etc.

※ 탈아연 부식(Dezincification : 脫亞鉛腐蝕)
Dezincification selectively removes zinc from the alloy, leaving behind
a porous, copper-rich structure that has little mechanical strength — NACE.

황동이나 금속에서 부식성 물질에 의해, 금속의 표면 또는 내부까지
탈 아연 되면서, 탈아연 금속은 다공질화 되어 (인간의 골다공증처럼)
강도를 상실케 되는 현상을 말합니다.
