JIS H 5203 MC2E Magnesium Alloy Castings
일반 목적용 (general purpose) 마그네슘 합금과 내용이 같습니다.

좋은 주조성 — Good castability
좋은 인성 — Good toughness

내압용 주물 — Suitable for pressure resisting casting 성질입니다.
AZ91E-T6 의 경우는

상온에서 좋은 강도– Good strength at room temperature.
175℃까지 사용 — Useful properties up to 175℃(350℉)

우수한 내염수 부식성 — Excellent saltwater corrosion resistance.
그리고 Mg-Al-Zn 합금으로는 가장 범용적으로 사용되는 주물입니다.
