API-2W Gr.60 는, 냉간성형과 용접이 많이 이루어지며
생산 방법은 TMCP 입니다.

Through thickness testing : A370 or EN 10164

Strain ageing, PWHT, Tensile Test등의
개별 시험 조건이 따르기도 하는 강재입니다.

Ceq : 탄소당량 (Carbon equivalent) : The value obtained by converting the
influential strength of elements other than carbon into carbon content.
The Carbon equivalent to tensile strength, that to the maximum
hardness in weld zone, etc. are often used. the following
formula is applied for weldability in JIS and KS.

탄소 이외의 원소의 영향력을 탄소량으로 환산한 공식임.
인장강도에 대한 탄소당량, 용접부 최고 경도에 대한
탄소당량 등이 잘 사용됩니다.

철강의 성질은 탄소량에 의해 크게 좌우되고, 특히 용접부의
기계적 성질은 탄소량에 의해 크게 좌우됩니다.

Manganese를 포함한 다른 합금 원소도 약간의 영향력을 미치므로,
이 영향력을 탄소의 영향력으로 환산한 것을 탄소당량 이라고 합니다.
