A2124, AMS 4101 재질은, 300℉ (149℃) 수준의 온도에서도
높은 수준의 기계적 성질을 가지는 알루미늄 합금입니다.

350℃ 수준까지 높은 크리프 강도 (creep strength) 가지며
파괴 인성 (fracture toughness)은 T2024-T851 보다 높습니다.

우수한 내박리부식 (exfoliation corrosion resistance),
높은 강도, 우수한 기계 가공성을 가집니다.

A2124, AMS 4101 재질은, 주로 40~150mm 수준의 후판으로
사용되지만, 25mm 수준의 공급도 가능합니다.

A process in which an alloy is heated to a suitable temperature and is held
at this temperature long enough to allow soluble constituents to enter into
solid solution where they are retained in a super-saturated state after quenching

합금을 적절한 온도로 가열하고 급랭 이후 과포화 상태로 존재하던
가용 성분이 고용체에 고용화 될 수 있도록 충분히 유지하는 공정을 말합니다.

※ Creep strength
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
