SCM415M 은 냉간 압연 강판으로
크롬과 몰리브덴 합금 강판 and coil 입니다.

SCM415M 은, 주로 체인 부품, 칼날로 사용하지만
자동차용 부품으로 사용되는 경우가 많습니다.

Annealed 열처리 제품으로 공급되지만
Skin-pass 제품으로 공급되기도 합니다.

SCM415M 재질의 모재인 SCM415 는
기계 구조용 합금 강재로,

합금강 합금 원소로 쓰이는,
Chromium 과 Molybdenum 합금이며

Nickel 원소가 0.25% 합금 되지만
Nickel 이, 합금 원소로 되려면,

0.30% 이상 합금 되어야 하므로
SCM415 강재라고 부르고,

SNCM415 라고는
부르지 않습니다.

Cold rolled steel hoop steel using carbon steel for machine structural use,
alloy steel for machine structural use, tool steel, spring steel and so on.
Cold rolled hoop steel is generic designation of cold rolled steel strip of
less than 600 mm in width and cut in length from them.

기계구조용 탄소강, 기계구조용 합금강, 공구강, 스프링강 등을
사용한 연마 강대를 말합니다.
연마 강대란, 폭 600 mm 미만의 냉간 압연 강대 및 그로부터
전단 된 강판의 총칭입니다.

For the galvanized steel plate and steel strip, skin pass is
performed for the purpose to make the surface smooth.

냉간 압연된 강판은 냉간 압연 가공 과정에 의해 강도는 증가하지만,
인성이 감소하는 현상이 있으므로, Annealing (어닐링, 소둔) 열처리
과정으로 강판 내부의 응력 (stress)를 제거한 후, 결정입자를
세밀하게 하기 위해 가벼운 냉간 압연 (light reduction cold rolling)를
하게 되고, 가벼운 냉간 압연을 조질 압연 이라고 표현합니다.
조질 압연된 강판은 인성 (Toughness)이 개선됩니다.
