CAC502C 는, 인청동입니다….이전 규격 기호  명칭 PBC2
Cu+Sn 청동에 인(P)를 합금했습니다.

인 (P)를 합금 하는 이유는,  경도와 강도,
내마모성, 탄성이 증가하기 때문입니다.

인(P)의 합금이 없는 청동(CAC401~CAC407)
CAC400 Series도 내식성 내마모성이 우수하지만

CAC502 인청동이 더 좋습니다.
CAC502 는, 주물 제품과 연속 주조 주물로 생산하는

2가지 방법이 있고,
연속 주조 주물의 Symbol은, CAC502C, CAC503C 로 표기하고

사형 주조, 원심 주조, 정밀 주조 제품인 경우는 Symbol은,
CAC502A, CAC502B 로 구분됩니다.

CAC502C 는, 전기 전도도와 열전도가 높으며 부싱, 기어, 볼트,
너트, 자동차 부품, 엘리베이터 전동기 부품으로 사용됩니다

CAC502C : good in corrosion resistance and
abrasion resistance, very little lead leaching.

Use for gear, warm gear, bearing, bushing, sleeve,
impeller, general machine parts, etc.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.

압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도 값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.
