S700MC 는 EN 10149-2 고항복점
강판 규격 중 최고의 항복강도 입니다.

EN 10149-2 규격은 냉간 성형을 위한
열간 압연 된, 열제어 압연 방법으로 생산된 강재 규격입니다.

S315MC ~S550MC 까지는 일반 탄소강이고
S600MC, S650MC, S700MC 는 Alloy Steel 입니다.

S700MC 는 최소 항복강도 700MPa 강재로
hot rolled(thermo-mechanically) high yield steel for cold forming 강재입니다.

※ TMCP (thermo mechanical control process : 열가공 제어)
A generic term for manufacturing methods carrying out air cooling or
enforced controlled cooling subsequent to the main process
of controlled rolling.
It includes the thermo-mechanical rolling and accelerated rolling,
but not when it is classical controlled rolling alone.
This is also called TMCP.

열가공제어법이라고 하며, 후판을 압연 생산시 온도를 제어하는
제어 압연을 기본으로 하고, 냉각시 공냉, 수냉의 방법으로 강재의 기계적
성질을 확보하는 강판으로, 온라인 정밀 제어 열가공 처리 강판이라고도 하지만
용어의 길이가 너무 길어, 간단히 TMCP 라고 합니다.

※ Yield Strength (항복강도 : 降伏强度)
Value of load strength which a specified permanent elongation
occurs in tensile test, expressed by dividing the load by original
sectional area of parallel portion.
the yield strength is used instead of yield point.

인장 시험에서 규정된 영구 연신율을 일으킬 때의 하중을
평행부의 원단면적으로 나눈 값.
항복점을 항복강도로 사용하기도 합니다.

※ 열간 압연 강판 — KS
보통 약 800℃ 이상(통상 A3 변태점 이상)의 고온에서 압연된 강판.

※ 열간 압연 강판 — JIS
