연마 특수 강대는 열간 압연 제품을
다시 냉간 압연 (cold rolled) 합니다.

냉간 압연 후 Annealed (풀림 열처리)해서 사용하거나
열간 압연 제품을 냉간 압연한, 높은 경도 값으로 사용합니다.

풀림 열처리를 하는 경우 냉간 압연 상태보다
낮은 경도 값으로 사용합니다.

와샤, 스프링재, 톱, 자동차용 부품 재료, 판재종류
체인 파트용, 공구용 재료로 사용됩니다.

Cold rolled steel hoop steel using carbon steel for machine structural use,
alloy steel for machine structural use, tool steel, spring steel and so on.
Cold rolled hoop steel is generic designation of cold rolled steel strip of
less than 600 mm in width and cut in length from them.

기계 구조용 탄소강, 기계구조용 합금강, 공구강, 스프링강 등을 사용한
연마 강대를 말합니다.
연마 강대란, 폭 600 mm 미만의 냉간 압연 강대 및 그로부터
전단 된 강판의 총칭 입니다.

※ Tool steel (공구강, 工具鋼)

tool steels, alloy tool steels, and high speed tool steels by chemical
composition and performance.

금속, 또는 비금속의 절삭, 소성 가공용 등의 각종 지그 (jig), 공구로 쓰이는
강철의 총칭. 용도가 넓고 요구 성능이 다방면에 걸치므로 종류가 많습니다.
일반적으로는 화학 성분 및 성능을 고려하여 탄소 공구강, 합금 공구강,
고속도 공구강으로 분류됩니다.
