SFVA F9 는, 고온용 압력용기에 사용하는
단조 합금강재입니다.

SFVA F9 는, 고온에서 사용하는 압력용기 및
그 부품용으로, 용접성을 고려한 단조강 (단강) 입니다.

SFVA F9 는, Normalizing, QT(조질)
Normalizing and Tempering 열처리 해서 사용합니다.

SFVA F9 는, A182 F9, A336 F9, DIN-EN 1.4903 과, 비교 가능한
Chromium 9% + Molybdenum 1% 합금강재입니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties.

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것.
