STKR490 재질은 일반 구조용 각형 강관 규격이고
UBCR365 재질은 건축 구조용 각형 강관 규격입니다.

STKR490 은 일반용 각관으로 단순 고장력 강재이지만
UBCR365 는 내진 건축구조용 강재로, Impact energy 와 항복비 규정이 있습니다.

STKR490 재질은 JIS G 3466 규정의 강재이지만
UBCR365 는, 일본 국토교통부 규정 강재입니다.

STKR490 Symbol 재질의 숫자 “490”은 인장강도이고
UBCR365 재질은 숫자 “365”는 항복강도 기준이라는 차이가 있습니다.

내진 건축 구조용 각형 강관 JIS 규정이 없이, 국토교통부 규정으로 사용되지만
KS 는 KS D 3864 내진 건축 구조용 냉간 롤 성형 각형 강관 규정이 있습니다.

※ Impact Test (충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.

※ High Tensile Strength Steel (고장력강 : 高張力鋼 : 하이텐강)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
automobiles, other structural use and pressure vessel use which
require weldability, notch toughness, workability, and
tensile strength of 490 N/㎟ min. in general.
In cold rolled steel sheets, those of 340 N/㎟ min. in tensile
strength are called high tensile strength steels.

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물 및 압력용기용으로서,
보통 인장강도 50kgf/㎟ (490N/㎟) 이상의 용접성, 노치 인성 및
가공성도 중시해서 제조 된 강재라고 합니다.
자동차용 냉연 강판에서는 인장강도 35 kgf/㎟  (340 N/㎟)
이상을 고장력강이라고 합니다.
