65%Cu-35%Zn, 65Cu35Zn으로 압축적으로 표현됩니다.
미국연방규격으로는 QQ-B-613 : Rod, Bar, Forging.
QQ-B-626 : Shapes Spec입니다.
작업성이 좋으며 (Having good workability)
드로잉 가공성과 도금성 (Drawability and good properties on plating)이 좋습니다.
push plates, stencils, plumbing accessories, wire, pin,
springs, screws, rivets, snap buttons 등으로 사용됩니다.
ASTM 이전 Trade name은, Yellow Brass 66% 입니다.
JIS H3100 황동 판 규격으로는 C2600, C2680,
C2720, C2801, 4가지의 Brass Grade가 있습니다
JIS C2680P 의, 드로잉 가공성과 작업성이 좋아
Temper 종류가 많습니다.
JIS C2680P 에서의 “P”는
Plate 를 의미하는 약자입니다.
O : 연질, 1/4H : 1/4 경질, 1/2H : 1/2 경질
H : Hard(경질), Super-Hard(SH),
Extra Super-Hard (ESH) 등으로 구분되며
가공 정도가 높아질수록, 강도는 높아집니다.
