CAC703C 는, 연속 주조 알루미늄 동합금
(copper alloy continuous casting) 규정입니다.

인장강도가 높고 — High tensile strength
내식성 — Corrosion resistance.

내마모성 — Wear resistance 금속입니다.
단지 인장강도로만 비교하면

탄소강 중 용접 구조용강 중 최고 강도인
SM570 보다 강도가 높습니다.

황동에서는 1.5~2%의 알루미늄 합금을 Al-Brass 라고 하고
청동에서는 12% 이하의 알루미늄 합금을 Al-Bronze 라고 합니다.

CAC703C 와 같이, 구리에 알루미늄을 합금 하는 이유는
강도, 경도, 내식성이 향상되기 때문입니다.

CAC703C particularly high in strength and good in
corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Use for bearing, bushing, pump parts, bolt and nut for ship,
chemical industry use instrument parts, etc.

연속 주물 제품에 대한 기계적 성질(Mechanical properties)는 외경
100mm 이하의 봉, 관 제품에 대해 적용하고

100mm 를 초과하는 경우는 수요자와
공급자간 협의에 따릅니다.
