고연청동 (High-Leaded Tin Bronze) 입니다.

Lead (Pb) 는, 유연하고, 연질이며, 주조성,
내식성, 윤활성이 우수한 금속이면서

Cu 및 Steel에 합금 하면 금속 조직 내에 고용되지 않고
따로 유리 되어 있어, 절삭성과 윤활 성질을 부여합니다.

이런 특징이 있는 금속이니, 쾌삭성 금속 재료에 합금 되며
윤활성을 필요로 하는 재료로 사용됩니다.

ASTM B67 — Car and Tender Journal Bearing, Lined,

미국 연방 규격 — QQ-C 390, E5
MIL-B-16261 규정에 있는 구리합금 규격입니다.

C94100 은, 연청동 (납 청동) 주물 중에서 친밀성 내보수성이 특히 좋으며
중 고속, 저하중용 베어링 및 엔진용 베어링으로 사용됩니다.

conformability and baking proof,

Use for bearing for middle and high speed and low load,
bearing for engine, etc.
