ASTM F562, MP35N® 는 생체 사용 적합형 금속으로
의료용 임플란트로 사용되는,
Cobalt 35% + Nickel 35% + Chromium 20%
+ Molybdenum 10% 수준의 합금입니다.
냉간 가공 경화 (cold work-strengthening) and aging 열처리로
F562, MP35N® 는, 항복강도 (Yield strength) 1586 MPa minimum,
인장강도 (Tensile strength) 1793 MPa minimum 에 이르는 강도입니다.
해수 환경 (seawater)에 무기산 (mineral acid : 황산, 염산, 질산, 인산)에 대해
내식성을 가지며, 해수 환경과 유사한
인체 체액의 환경에서 내식성을 가집니다.
F562, MP35N® 는,다른 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금 등과는 차별 되는 독특한 물성과
높은 강도, 인성 (toughness), 생체 적합성, 내식성으로
의료용 임플란트, 우주 항공용 재료,
oil and gas 산업용 재료로 사용되며
환봉 (Round-bar), Wire, Sheet and Plate
제품으로 사용됩니다.

An increase in hardness and strength caused by plastic
deformation at temperature lower than the recrystallization range.
재결정 온도 이하에서 소성 변형을 일으켜 경도와
강도를 증가 시키는 현상을 말합니다.
※ Ageing treatment (시효처리)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.
철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어 집니다.
