SPFC 540 는, 자동차 구조용 강판 규격으로
인장강도 540 MPa minimum 고장력 강판입니다.

SPFC : Steel, Plate, Formability, Cold 의 약자로
냉간 압연으로 제조 된 성형성을 향상 시킨 재질입니다.

Cold-reduced high strength steel sheet and strip with
improved formability for automobile structural uses 입니다.

SPFH 540 은, 열간 압연 자동차용 성형성 개선 강판,
SPFC 540 은, 냉간 압연 자동차용 성형성 개선 강판으로

냉간 압연인지, 열간 압연인지에 따라
강재에 사용하는 Symbol 약호가 다릅니다.

SPFH 540 열간 압연재는 1.6t ~ 6.0t 까지 규정이고
SPFC 540 냉간 압연재는 0.6t ~ 2.3t 까지 규정입니다.

※ Formability (성형성)
The degree of capability for being formed into a
required shape without generating cracks.

균열을 일으키는 일 없이 필요한 형상으로
성형할 수 있는 정도.

※ High Tensile Strength Steel (고장력강 :  高張力鋼)
Steel products manufactured for building, bridges, ships, vehicles,
automobiles, other structural use and pressure vessel use which
require weldability, notch toughness, workability, and
tensile strength of 490 N/㎟ min. in general.
In cold rolled steel sheets, those of 340 N/㎟ min. in tensile
strength are called high tensile strength steels.

건축, 교량, 선박, 차량, 기타의 구조물 및 압력용기용으로서,
보통 인장강도 50kgf/㎟ (490N/㎟) 이상의 용접성, 노치 인성 및
가공성도 중시해서 제조 된 강재라고 합니다.
자동차용 냉연 강판에서는 인장강도 35kgf/㎟ (340 N/㎟)
이상을 고장력강이라고 합니다.
