저온 충격 시험이 A334 Gr.1, Gr.6 : -45℃
A334 Gr.8 : -195℃, 종류가 있습니다.
탄소강 Tube는 A334 Gr.1, A334 Gr.6 두 가지이고
다른 재질은 합금 Tube입니다.
A334 합금 Tube 의 주요 합금 원소는
Nickel 로, Nickel 함량에 따라 Grade 가, 나뉩니다.
니켈을 강 (steel)에 합금하면
저온 메짐성 (brittleness)이 개선됩니다.
A334 와 A333 ASTM Standard 는
ASTM 강관, Tube 의 대표적인 저합금 규정입니다.

used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.
저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.

20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness (취성 : 깨지는 성질)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
철강 구조체가, 온도가 내려가는 환경에서 버티는 성질을 중요합니다.
