Jethete® M152 강재는 560℃ 수준까지 사용 가능하고,
Hardened and Tempered (QT) 열처리 가능한 스텐레스입니다.

높은 응력 (high stressed) 을 받는, 터빈 blades, screws, disks, fasteners, gears로
사용되는, creep rupture strength 와 인성 (toughness) 가 잘 조합된 강재 입니다.

Jethete® M152 는 다양한 열처리 방법이 있어, BS S151 (MSRR 6503 – Rolls Royce Spec)
BS S159, AMS 5719 규정의 Annealed or Hardened and Double Tempered 가 있습니다.

AMS 5719 Annealed 열처리시에는 Hardness HB 311 maximum,
Hardened and Double Tempered Hardness HB 341~375,

항복강도 896 MPa, 인장강도 1069 MPa minimum 강재입니다.
Jethete® M152 강재는 Round-bar, Sheet 종류가 있습니다.

Jethete® M152 재질은 ATI Jethete® M152 , UNS S 64152,
ASTM X-32, EN 1.4933, EN 1.4938, AMS 5719 재질과 비교 가능합니다.

※ Creep rupture strength (크리프 파단 강도 : 破斷强度)
Stress under which creep rupture occurs in constant
period of time at constant temperature
일정 온도하에서 일정 시간에 크리프 파단 할 때의 응력

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
Impact absorbing ability of steel without fracture. It is measured by
energy absorbed in an impact bending test. But the area below the
stress-strain curve in tensile testing is also a measure of toughness.
Steel, which is difficult to break has a high toughness.
Steel, which high toughness normally has a high ductility and is
difficult to break with impact energy.
Steels with low toughness are brittle.
