CAC705 는 알루미늄을 기계적 성질인 강도, 경도 향상 원소로 사용하고
Iron, Nickel 을 강도와 주조성 향상 목적으로 합금한 동합금입니다.

CAC705 는, 사형 주조, 금형 주조, 원심 주조 방법으로 생산하며
용접성은 좋지 않지만, 고온 내마모성과 내피로성이 우수합니다.

인장강도 620 MPa minimum 으로, 강도가 높고, 내식성 재질입니다.
CAC705 는 machine parts, glass molds, welding jaws, wear plates,

aircraft components, pickling equipment, valve seats, piston guides,
pump fluid ends, glands, worms, worm gears, hot mill guides,

valve components, bearings, gears, bushings 용도입니다.
CAC705 재질은 ASTM B505, C95500 과 대응 가능한 재질입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Fatigue
The phenomenon leading to fracture under repeated or fluctuating
stress. Fatigue fractures are progressive beginning as minute cracks
and grow under the action of fluctuating stress.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.

상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
