NiBe2 재질은 UNS No. N03360 — Beryllium 2% 수준 합금한 니켈 합금입니다.
제조사 Symbol, Alloy Brush 360 이라고도 부릅니다.

CuBe2 재질은 UNS No. C17200, Alloy 25 라고도 부르는
Beryllium 2% 수준 합금한 동 합금입니다.

NiBe2, CuBe2 모두 2% 수준의 Beryllium 으로
Base Metal을 Copper or Nickel 차이 정도입니다.

Beryllium 을 2% 수준을 합금 하면 강도가 급격히 향상되는 이유로
베릴륨을 합금 해서 사용하는 이유입니다.

NiBe2 재질은 UNS No. N03360, Alloy Brush 360 재질은 베릴륨에 의해
강도를 높이고, 열처리 (age hardening) 와 냉간 압연 가공에 의해

더욱 강도를 높인 재질로, 일반적인 동합금의 경우 200℃ 수준까지 사용하지만
NiBe2 재질은 300℃ 수준까지 열 응력에 저항성을 가집니다.

NiBe2 재질은 Coil 인 경우, 두께 0.015~2.0t, 폭 200 mm,
Sheet 인 경우는 길이 3000 mm 수준까지 products range 입니다.

NiBe2 는 높은 강도로, 스프링성이 좋아, bellows, casings, membranes,
thermostats, connectors and sockets 용도로 사용합니다.
