SGD B, SGD A 재질은 마봉강용 일반 강재로 기계적 성질 보증
KS D 3526 규정 재질 6가지 중 Steel Symbol 입니다.

KS D 3561 탄소강 마봉강 규격 제품 제조의 원재료입니다.
SGD B 강재를 인발, 연삭, 절삭하면 SGD400-D,

SGD A 강재를 인발, 연삭, 절삭 하면 SGD290-D 강재가 됩니다.
주로 사용되는 SGD B 재질은 항복강도, 인장강도 보증강재이며

SGD-B 강재 외경 30mm를 넘는 경우, 수요, 공급자간 합의로
인장강도 370 N/㎟ (= MPa) 이상으로 할 수 있으며

SGD-B 강재 외경 100 mm 를 넘는 경우 항복점을 205 MPa 이상으로 하며
SGD-B 강재의 기계적 성질은 SS400 강재와 비교 가능합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

강재를 냉간 인발, 연삭, 절삭, 센터리스 또는 이들의 조합으로
마무리한 봉강으로, 봉강 뿐 아니라, 원형, 정방형,
육각형, 장방형 및 이형 등이 있습니다.

※ Peeled Bar
특수강, 스테인레스 압연 봉강의 표면을 연속, 선삭 가공으로
강재 표면의 스케일, 미세 결함을 제거해, 보다 정밀한 치수와
진원도를 향상 시킨 고품질의 표면 무결점 봉강을 말합니다.
우수한 표면 조도를 가지며, 추가적인 교정 가공 없이 사용 가능합니다.
JIS 에서는 마봉강 (麻棒鋼)이라고 하고, DIN-EN은 Bright Bar 라고 하며
Bright Bar에는 Drawn, Ground, Turned products 를 포함하며
Peeled Bar 는 Turned Bar 에 포함됩니다.

and enhanced roundness that is produced by continuous turning
the surface and thus removing meticulous defects from the surface
