A333-1 재질은 저온용 (-45℃) CVN Impact Test 조건이 있는
Seamless or Welded Pipe, 탄소강 강재입니다.

압연 방향 (longitudinal), 폭 방향 (transverse) 으로 각각
연신율 (elongation) 규정이 있습니다.

A333-1, ASTM A333 Grade 1, A333 Gr.1 로 표기하며, A333-1 강재는
A333-6 강재와 Dual Spec 공급 되기도 하며, -45℃ CVN 온도가 같습니다.

A333-1 강재는 A333 규정의 강재 종류 9 grade 중 가장 강도가 낮아,
항복강도 205 MPa minimum 강재이고. A333-6 항복강도 240 MPa min.입니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로, 1 회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.

※ Elongation (연신율 : 延伸率)
The extension of metal in length when it is pulled from both sides.
It is a common mechanical parameter for metallic materials, which
is expressed as percentage of the original length. It is determined
by the tensile test, Generally, an increase in elongation leads an
increase of ductility.

금속 재료의 기계적 성질을 나타내는 지표 중 하나로, 시험편을
양쪽에서 잡아당겨, 원래 표점거리간 길이와 늘어난 길이를
백분율로 표시하며, 연신율 증가는 연성의 증가로 봅니다.
