A1100P 는, 99.00% minimum aluminum 으로
가공성, 용접성, 내식성, 표면 처리성, 전기 전도성, 반사성, 열전도성이

좋은 금속이지만 강도는 약해, 구조재 (structural) 용도는 적합치 않습니다.
A1100P 재질의 비중은 2.71 g/㎤ 입니다.

Alloy 1100 Temper H18 탄성계수는 69 GPa, Poisson’s ratio 0.33 at 20℃,
열전도성 (thermal conductivity) Temper O : 218 W/m˙K,

전기전도성 (electrical conductivity) Temper O : 57% IACS,
전기저항 (electrical resistivity) at 20℃ Temper O : 30.2 nΩ·m 입니다.

A1100P 재질은 KS D 6701, JIS H 4000 규정 재질 중 하나로
food and chemical handling and storage equipment, heat exchanger,

nameplates, light reflector, 장식품, 각종 용기로 사용됩니다.
A1100 P Temper로는 Temper O, H12 or H22, H14 or H24, H18 등이 있습니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

※ Temper H
Strain Hardened (Wrought Products Only) – Applied to products that have their
strength increased by strain hardening with or without supplementary thermal
treatments to produce partial softening. Two or more digits always follow the H.

가공 경화 한 것 – 적절하게 부드럽게 하기 위한 열처리의 유무에 상관없이
가공 경화에 의해 강도를 증가한 것을 말합니다.

※ 전기전도율 (Electrical conductivity : 電氣傳導率)
전기가 통하기 쉬운 정도를 말하고, 순 금속일수록 좋고 불순물이 있거나
합금이 되면 떨어집니다. 전기 저항의 역수입니다.
은(Ag) 100.0, 구리 (Cu) 92.8, 철 (Fe) 16.50 수준이고, IACS 기준으로는
은(Ag) 108.4, 구리 (Cu) 103.06, 철 (Fe) 25.36 수준입니다.
