Steel Name 12Ni14, Steel Number 1.5637 재질은 -100℃ 에서
저온 충격시험 (CVN)으로 취성 테스트 조건이 있는 강재로

단조 합금강재 재질로, 보일러 및 압력용기용으로 사용됩니다.
상온인 20℃ 부터, -100℃ 까지, 20℃ 마다 최소 CVN joule 값이 정해진 재질입니다.

Steel 에 Nickel 을 합금 하면 저온 취성에 대한 저항성이 높아지므로
Nickel 을 합금 하며, 12Ni14, 1.5637 의 nominal 3.5% Nickel 보다

합금량이 높은 오스테나이트계 스텐레스인 경우, -196℃ 충격 시험이 있는 것과
비교하면 Nickel 합금량이 증가하면, 저온 취성 개선 효과를 알 수 있습니다.

12Ni14 Nickel Steel 은 JIS G 3205, SFL 3 — 저온 압력용기용 단조 합금강,
ASTM A350 LF3, 파이핑용 노치 인성이 요구되는 합금 단조강 규격과 비교됩니다.
