16NiCrS4 재질은 EN 10277-4 Bright Steel 규정 재질로
EN 10084 16NiCrS4 재질을 원소재로 냉간 공정으로 생산된 제품입니다.

16NiCrS4, 1.5715 강재는 Soft annealing 열처리 후 Peeled 하거나
Cold Drawn (냉간 인발) or Ground (연마, 연삭) 생산되어, 강재의 표면이

매끄럽고, 표면 결함이 제거된 상태의 bright bar 입니다.
16NiCrS4 재질은 표면 경화 강재로 사용되며, 표면 경화강재는

비교적 저탄소강재를 사용하며, 침탄 또는 탄질화 (carbonitriding) 과
경화 열처리 해서 사용하며, 표면 경도는 높지만, 강재 심부는 인성입니다.

16NiCrS4, 1.5714 재질은 automotive and gearing components as driving gears,
crown wheels, shafts, gears, bolts, mechanical, transmission shafts 용도입니다.

※ Peeled Bar
특수강, 스테인레스 압연 봉강의 표면을 연속, 선삭 가공으로
강재 표면의 스케일, 미세 결함을 제거해, 보다 정밀한 치수와
진원도를 향상 시킨 고품질의 표면 무결점 봉강을 말합니다.
우수한 표면 조도를 가지며, 추가적인 교정 가공 없이 사용 가능합니다.

JIS에서는 마봉강 (麻棒鋼)이라고 하고, DIN-EN은 Bright Bar 라고 하며
Bright Bar에는 Drawn, Ground, Turned products 를 포함하며
Peeled Bar 는 Turned Bar 에 포함됩니다.

※ Turned products (Lathe turning : 旋削 : 선삭 제품) : Symbol +SH (DIN-EN)
Round bars products by turning on a lathe where the products
can be further processed by straightening and polishing.
This operation gives the bar special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
The removal of metal is carried out in such a way that the bright
product is generally free from rolling defects and surface decarburization.
For technical reasons some bars ordered as hot rolled products may be
delivered roughly turned(peeled), nevertheless such products are
treated as hot rolled products and not as bright products.
