CC331G 재질은 Copper-Aluminum 합금으로, 연속 주조, 사형 주조,
영구형 주조, 원심 주조 방법으로 생산하는 주물 제품 (casting) 규격입니다.

CC331G 와 같은 알루미늄 청동은 알루미늄 합금량과 열처리에 따라
기계적 성질이 변하며, 알루미늄 청동은 보통 알루미늄 12% 이하 합금입니다.

CC331G 동합금은 높은 강도, 내식성이지만, 윤활유가
필요한 재질로, ASTM C95200 와 비교되며, 비중 7.6 g/㎤ 입니다.

CC331G, CuAl10Fe2 재질은 Automotive, ,Fasteners, Nuts, Bearings,
Bearing Segments for the Steel Industrial, Worm Gears, Machine Parts,

Heavily Loaded Worm Gears, Pump, Landing Gear Parts, Valve Bodies, Valve Guides,
Valve Seats, High Strength Clamps, Bushings, Gears, Marine, Ship Building 용도입니다.

※ 연속 주조 (Continuous Casting)
주형에 용융 금속을 연속적으로 공급하고, 금속이 응고함에 따라 주형의 다른 부분에서
연속적으로 뽑아내어 제품이 형성되는 주조 방법으로 길이는 주형의 칫수와는 무관합니다.

※ 알루미늄 청동 (Copper-Aluminum Alloys, Aluminum Bronze)
Alloy composed of 77.0~92.5 % of copper, 6.0~12.0 % of aluminum,
1.5 ~6.0 % of iron, not more than 7.0 % of nickel
and not more than 2.0 % of manganese.
