1.7386, Steel Name X11CrMo9-1 강재는 합금강 튜브/파이프 재질로
9% Chromium, 1% Molybdenum 합금 된 고온용 강재로 — 649℃

NT 열처리에 의해 높은 강도가 가능하고, 등온 열처리 (isothermal annealing)로
강재 내부의 응력을 제거해 균열화 가능한 강재입니다.

1.7386 강재 파이프는 Seamless 재질로, 9% 수준의 크롬 합금은 내식성과
경화능을 높여주는 원소이고, 몰리브덴은 인성과 내식성 향상에 기여합니다.

1.7386, X11CrMo9-1 강재는 Oil and Gas, 발전소, 화학 공정에 사용되며
ASTM A335 P9, JIS STBA 26 — 보일러, 열교환기용 합금강 튜브 규격에 대응됩니다.

※ Isothermal annealing (등온 어닐링)
Annealing involving austenitizing , follow by cooling which is interrupted
by sucking for a period at a temperature at which the transformation from
austenite into ferritic and pearlite, or cementite and pearlite, is complete

철강재를 오스테나이트화한 후 펄라이트 변태 온도 근처까지 냉각하고
그 온도에서 오스테나이트가 페라이트와 펄라이트, 또는 시멘타이트와
펄라이트로 완전하게 변태가 일어나도록 균열화 처리하는 어닐링을 말합니다.

※ Transformation (변태 : 變態)
A phenomenon in which a crystal structure is changed into another
crystal structure by the rise or fall of temperature.
Magnetic transformation involves no change of crystal structure

온도가 오르고 내림에 따라 하나의 결정 구조가 다른 결정 구조로
변하는 것을 말합니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness .

질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도.
