Creusabro®8000 강판의 특징은 내마모, 내충격으로 요약됩니다.
담금질성을 높여주는 Chromium, Molybdenum, Nickel 원소를

합금해, QT 열처리에 의해 높은 항복강도 — 1250 MPa,
높은 경도 — 470 HB 수준의 기계적 성질과 최고 수준의 인성입니다.

마모 입자에 의한 마찰 마모, 바위 등의 충격에 의한 충격 마모와
충격으로 인한 소성변형 (plastic deformation) 저항성이 높습니다.

Creusabro®8000 강판의 이와 같은 내마모 내충격성으로, 광산 장비, 재활용 산업
농업용 기계 장비, 철강과 시멘트 제조 산업, 골재 등의 운송 장비 용도로 쓰입니다.

Creusabro®8000 강판은 430~500 HBW 수준의 경도를 보증하고
350~450℃ 의 작업 환경에서도 사용 가능합니다.

※ Plastic deformation : Plastic strain : 소성 변형 (塑性變形)
탄성 (elasticity)은 재료가 어떤 응력하에서 발생한 연신이
응력을 제거하면 원상태나 원래의 모습으로 돌아오는 것을 말하고
반대 개념인 소성은 외부 힘 (지진 및 철강재의 변형 가공)에 의해
탄성 한계를 지나면 외력이 사라져도, 원래의 모습으로 돌아오지 않고
영구적으로 변형이 생기는 것을 말하며, 영구 변형이라고도 합니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness .
질기고 세며, 충격 파괴를 일으키기 어려운지, 어떤지의 정도.

※ Impact Test (충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, I zod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.
