SWRCH10R, JIS G 3507-1 규정은 Rod 규정 강재로
탄소량 0.10% 수준의 탄소강 Wire Rods 강재 입니다.
SWRCH10R 을 원소재를 냉간 압조 (cold heading) 공정을 거치면
SWCH10R JIS G 3507-2 재질이 됩니다.
냉간 압조된 강재는 Bolts, Nuts, Machine Screws, and
Tapping Screws 용도 등으로 사용됩니다.
※냉간 압조용 탄소강 선재 (冷間壓造用炭素鋼線材)

냉간 압조용 탄소강 선재의 제조에 쓰이는 탄소강 선재,
탄소량 0.53% 이하 및 망간 1.65% 이하를 함유하며, 탈산의 방법에 따라서
림드강, 킬드강, 알루미늄 킬드강 등이 있습니다.

They contain carbon of 0.53% max. and manganese of 1.65% max.
and there are rimmed substitute steel (including rimmed steel) killed
steel and alumi-killed steel according to the method of deoxidation

The degree of easiness in the cold heading
In general, when cold-worked to a fixed shape, objects
without stress crack, and in good surface condition
or the like are regards as good in cold headability.
냉간 압조 할 때의 가공하기 쉬운 정도, 일반적으로 정해진 모양으로 냉간 가공할 때,
응력 균열이 없다든가, 표면 형상이 좋은 것 등은 냉압성 (冷壓性)이 좋다고 합니다.
