A453 Gr.660B 재질은 고온용으로 사용되는 Bolt용  재료입니다.
오스테나이트 스텐레스로 석출 경화 열처리 가능한 재질입니다.

ASTM A453 규정에 650℃, 385 MPa/100h minimum, 응력 파괴 시험이 있고
내열, 내산화, 내식성, 800℃ 수준까지 사용 가능한 스텐레스입니다.

A453 GR.660B 재질은 심한 가공 후에도 비자성 성질 스텐으로 주로 압력용기와
Valve Flanges, Fasteners, Turbine Shafts, Discs, Blades, Bolts, Springs

제트 엔진용 부품으로 사용되며, ASTM A453-660B 재질은 Alloy A-286,
UNS S66286, AMS 5731, AMS 5732, AMS 5734, AMS 5737, AMS 5525,

GE B50T1181, GE B50T12, GE B50T81 재질과 대응됩니다.
열처리 온도와 유지 시간에 따라 A453 660A, 660B, 660C, 660D 구분됩니다.

※ Tensile test at elevated temperature (고온 인장 시험 : 高溫引張試驗)
Test of measure lower yield point, yield strength, tensile strength,
elongation after fracture, reduction of area, etc.
by holding test piece at a high temperature constantly and loading
tensile force on it gradually.

시험편을 일정 시간 고온으로 유지하고, 이를 서서히 인장하여 아래 항복점,
내력, 인장강도, 파단 연신율, 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.

※ Stress-Rupture Test
A tension test performed at constant temperature, the load being
held at such a level as to cause rupture.

※ Heat Resistance (내열성 : 耐熱性) — DIN-EN
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.
