A213 규정은 보일러, 과열기, 열교환기용 무계목강관 (SMLS) 규격으로
A213 규정외 튜브보다 creep strength 성질을 가지는 재질에 관한 규정입니다.

A213 페라이트와 오스테나이트계 조직을 가지는 튜브로, A213-S30432 는
Copper (구리) 합금으로 creep strength 성질을 304, 304H, 304L 보다 강도를 높였습니다.

A213-S30432 재질은 HMV 304HCu — trademark of Salzgitter Mannesmann Stainless Tube
EN 1.4907, X10CrNiCuNb18-9-3, Super 304H (NSSMC) 재질과 대응 가능한 재질입니다.

A213-S30432 재질은 고온에서 내크리프 성질 특징으로 화력 발전의 final reheater (FRH)
용도로 쓰이는, 오스테나이트계로, 용접봉은 ER308H(mod) WZ 18 16 1 CuH를 사용합니다.

※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
