니켈로, Nickel 200 은, 전연성이 좋아, 소성 가공이 쉽고

열간, 냉간 가공성이 좋아, Tube, Pipe, Sheet, Plate, 환봉 제품 형태입니다.
Nickel 200 금속은 내식, 내열, 내산화성이 좋은 성질입니다.

Nickel 200 은 315℃ 이하의 환경에서 인조 고무, 알카리, 음식을 제조하는 공정,
우주 항공용 소재, 전자 부품, 방위 산업용 부품으로 사용됩니다.

Nickel 200 Tube and Pipe 는 ASTM B161 규정과 ASTM B829 허용 공차와
Size 및 일반 규정을 따르며, UNS N02200, BS NA13, EN 2.4066 에 대응됩니다.

※ 전연성 (展延性 : punch stretch-ability : stretch formability)
Capability of material to be formed into defined form and dimensions
by expanding and bulging a part of plane sheet or formed products.

평판 또는 이미 성형 된 제품의 일부를 늘리든가 (부풀게 하든가) 튀어
나오게 하여 소정의 형상 치수로 성형할 수 있는 정도를 말합니다.

※ Plastic deformation : Plastic strain : 소성 변형 (塑性變形)
탄성 (elasticity)은 재료가 어떤 응력하에서 발생한 연신이
응력을 제거하면 원상태나 원래의 모습으로 돌아오는 것을 말하고
반대 개념인 소성은 외부 힘 (지진 및 철강재의 변형 가공)에 의해
탄성 한계를 지나면 외력이 사라져도, 원래의 모습으로 돌아오지 않고
영구적으로 변형이 생기는 것을 말하며, 영구 변형이라고도 합니다.
