P265NL 강재는 압력 용기용 탄소강 재질 튜브 제품 규정으로
Normalizing 열처리 필수 조건의 비교적 저온용 강재입니다.

P265NL 강재는 -40℃ Impact Test 조건이 있는 강재로, 저온용 강재이지만
-60℃, -101℃ 그리고 그 이하의 극저온 Impact Test 강재는 아닙니다.

P265NL 강재는 EN 10216-4 — SMLS 제품 규정의 강재입니다.
강재의 조직을 미세화 시키는 Niobium, Titanium 합금으로, 강재의 강도를 높이고

Normalizing 열처리에 의한 강재를 균질화 시킨 재질입니다.
P265NL 강재는 JIS G 3460 STPL 450 강재와 비교 가능합니다.

※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.

오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)를 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Steels for low temperature service (저온용 강재, 低溫用鋼材 : LTS 강재)
Steel products manufactured for the pressure vessels and structures
used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.

저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.
