SB167  N06617 금속은 니켈 합금, Seamless Tube, Pipe 재질입니다.
1100℃ 를 넘는 수준까지, 내산화성 (oxidation resistance) 재료입니다.

SB167 N06617 니켈 합금은 우수한 크리프 강도, 침탄과 질화 저항성,
고온에 장단기 노출에도 좋은 기계적 성질, 좋은 용접성 특징입니다.

SB167 N06617 재질은 산업용과 항공기의 가스 터빈과 고온 노출장비,
복사열의 받는 튜브, 열 교환기, 고온 헬륨 가스를 냉각 시키는 원자로 용도입니다.

※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Heat resisting steels (내열강)
Alloy steels which retain oxidation resistance, high temperature
corrosion resistance or high temperature strength under
various circumstances at high temperature.
They often contain nickel, cobalt, tungsten and/or other alloy
elements other then several % min of chromium.
Principally, they are classified into four types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic and precipitation hardening,
according to their structure.
Further, when total amount of alloy elements exceed about
50%, they are generally, called super alloy, heat resisting
alloy or super heat resisting alloy.

내열강이란 고온에서의 각종 환경에서 내산화성, 내고온 부식성 또는
고온 강도를 유지하는 합금강으로, 수% 이상의 크롬 외에 니켈, 코발트
텅스텐 등의 합금 원소를 함유하는 경우가 많으며 내열강은 그 금속의
조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계, 페라이트계, 오스테나이트계
석출경화계,  4 가지로 분류됩니다.
또한 합금 원소의 총량이 50%를 넘는 경우는, 초 내열 합금, 또는
내열 합금, 또는 간단히 초합금이라고 부릅니다.
