LR AH32 강재는 선박을 건조할 때 쓰이는 선급 인증 강판입니다.
LR (Lloyd’s Register of Shipping : 영국 선급 협회) 규정 강판으로

LR AH32 강재는 0℃. 46 Joule 이상의 Impact Test CVN 조건 강재이고
선급 인증으로 EN 10204 Type 3.2 검사 증명서 발행되는 탄소강 강판입니다.

항복강도 315 MPa minimum 으로, 항복강도로만 보면 KS D 3503
SS315 일반 구조용 압연 강재 수준의 항복강도입니다.

LR AH32 강재는 두께 100 mm 까지이고, 강재 결정 조직을 미세화 시켜
강도를 높여주는 Niobium 원소와 Vanadium 원소를 합금한 강재입니다.

LR AH32 강판은 As rolled, Normalizing 열처리, 또는
TMCP 생산 방법으로 열간 압연 제조 됩니다.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
