EN 10277-4, 16MnCrS5, 1.7139 재질은 표면 경화용강으로 쓰이는
Chromium 합금 마환봉 (bright bar) 합금강재입니다.

1.7139 합금강은 soft annealed 조건에서 좋은 기계 가공성입니다.
비교적 고온 환경인 steam boiler and turbine 부품과 shafts 용도입니다.

1.7139 재질은, 650~700℃ 수준에서 slow cooling 하면 HB 207 maximum 이고
이후 마봉강 제품으로 만들기 위해 turned (선삭) or peeled bar 로 가공합니다.

※ Soft annealed (softening)
Heat treatment with the object of reducing the hardness of the
ferrous product to a given level.
철강을 규정된 경도 수준으로, 낮추기 위한 열처리를 말합니다.

※ Cold finished steel bars (마봉강 : 摩棒鋼, Bright Bar)
Finishing steel bar with cold drawing, grinding, cutting, smooth turned,
rough turned, centerless, cold rolling or combination of them to improve
the surface quality and dimension precision.
The term “Cold Finish” is an umbrella definition for any material that has
had some sort of surface treatment.
There are round, square, hexagon, flat and so on according to the
cross-sectional shape.

강재를 냉간 인발, 연삭, 절삭, 센터리스 또는 이들의 조합으로
마무리한 봉강으로, 봉강 뿐 아니라, 원형, 정방형,
육각형, 장방형 및 이형 등이 있습니다.

※ Peeling, Peeled Bar
압연된 봉강 제품은 표면에 스케일, 미세한 결함이 있어, 이들 결함을 선삭 가공으로,
표면 결함을 제거해, 진원도와 직진도 향상, 좋은 표면 조도, 정밀한 치수로 생산한.
높은 품질의 제품을 말하며, 추가적인 가공 없이 사용 가능한 수준의 봉강입니다.
