1.2601, X165CrMoV12 재질은 고탄소 — 1.65% 와 스텐레스 수준의
Chromium 합금으로 냉간 금형용 합금 공구강 재질입니다.

1.2601 강재는 ASTM A681 D3 재질보다 높은 인성 (toughness)을 가지며,
심경화능과 높은 압축 강도의 질화 처리 가능한 재질입니다.

1.2601 공구강재는 절단 공구, deep drawing and pressing tools, stamping,
냉간 압연 rolls, 측정 공구, 목재 작업시 사용하는 공구 용도로 사용합니다.

※ Through-Hardening (깊은 경화)
철강재의 표면과 중심부의 경도에 차이가 없도록 경화 깊이를 크게 하는 담금질 경화.
Quench hardening such that the depth of hardening is not less than distance
between the core and the surface of the ferrous product.

※ Nitriding steel (질화강 : 窒化鋼)
Steels whose surfaces are hardened by nitriding treatment containing
aluminium, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, etc.
They mainly used machine structural use.

tool steels, alloy tool steels, and high speed tool steels by chemical
composition and performance.
