ToungMet ® 금속은 항복강도 100 ksi (690 MPa) 수준의 고강도
니켈 + 주석 동합금으로, 제조사 Materion Trademark 입니다.

ToughMet ® 동합금은 높은 강도와 Anti-Galling (내마찰 마모성)
비자성, 스파크가 없으며, 높은 기계 가공성과 침식과 내마모성 특징입니다.

ToughMet® 청동은 Rod, Bar, Tube, and Shapes 연속 주조 — ASTM B505 C96900
냉간 공정과 열간 공정으로 생산되는 Spinodal Alloy Bar, Rod — ASTM B929 C72900

규정을 따르는 제품이 있고, C96900, C72900 화학 조성에서 동일하며, 부식에 대한
규정으로는, NACE MR0175/ISO15156 규정이 따르는 경우가 있는 재료입니다.

ToughMet ＠ 합금은 비중 8.94 g/㎤, 전기 전도율 9% IACS
열팽창계수 38 W/m·℃, Magnetic Permeability µr＜1.001 의 물리적 성질입니다.

※ Spinodal Heat Treatment
a thermal treatment of a solution-heat-treated product to produce property
changes such as hardening, strengthening, and conductivity increase by
spinodal decomposition of solid solution.
This treatment has also been called “age hardened”, spinodal hardened”, or
“spinodal decomposed”

스피노달 열처리는 스피노달 분리 고용화에 의해 강화와 경화 그리고 전도율을
높이는 고용화 열처리에 의한 생산을 말합니다.
스피노달 열처리는 시효 경화, 스피노달 경화, 스티노달 분리라고도 부릅니다.

※ Erosion Corrosion (침식 부식)
Process involving conjoint corrosion and erosion, erosion corrosion can occur in,
for example, pipes with high fluid flow velocity and pumps and pipe lines carrying
fluid containing abrasive particles in suspension.

부식과 마멸이 동시에 일어나는 부식으로, 예를들면 마모성 입자가 포함된
액상을 고속으로 운반하는 펌프, 또는 파이프라인에서 발생할 수 있습니다.

※ 비투자율 (Relative permeability : µr : 比透磁率)
어떤 물질의 투자율 (µ)과 진공의 투자율 (µ0) 과의 비율 (µ/µ0 = µr)을 말합니다.
비자성체의 µr 은 1  에 가까우며, 자성체는 이와 반대로 1 보다 아주 큽니다.
물질의 투자율 µ0 = 4π×10-7 (H/m)입니다.
