C86400 금속은 높은 인장강도이면서 Lead (Pb) 합금 한
쾌삭 재질로, 내식성을 가지는 망간 청동입니다.

C86400 재질은 C86300 보다는 기계적 성질이 떨어지지만
금속 조직 내 유리 되어 분포되 있어, 쾌삭 성질의 Lead (Pb) 합금 특징입니다.

C86400 동합금은 높은 인장강도, 연성 (ductility), 좋은 내피로성,
좋은 내마모성으로, 베어링용으로 쓰이고, propellers, roller bearing cages,

bearing cages, cams, pump fixtures lever arms, valve stems,
architectural rails and fixtures, marine hardware 용도입니다.

※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.

금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
