X153CrMoV12 재질은 합금 공구강재로, 12% 크롬 합금이고
1.50% 수준의 높은 탄소량으로, 카바이드가 형성돼 내마모성 재질입니다.

X153CrMoV12 강재는 냉간 금형용 공구강으로 쓰이고, 몰리브덴 합금 원소는
고온에서의 칫수 안정성과 열처리시 경화능을 향상 시키는 원소입니다.

X153CrMoV12 공구강재는 높은 압축 강도, 좋은 인성과 칫수 안정성으로
절단 칼날, stamping tools, dies, drawing and bending tools,

deep drawing 공구, 프라스틱 금형강, 냉간 인발용 다이 용도로 쓰입니다.
X153CrMoV12 합금은 A681 D2, KS STD10, JIS SKD10 재질과 비교 됩니다.

Quenching tempering 열처리시 61 HRC minimum 의 고경도 강재이고
단조재, 냉간 or 열간 봉강, Rods 제품 형상입니다.

※ Carbide (탄화물 : 炭化物)
Compound of metals and carbon. Their existence in steel increase abrasive
wear resistance. Elements like Cr, Mo, V, W and Fe form carbides with carbon.
Especially cold work and high speed steels are characterized by their typical
carbides. In cast tool steel the carbides can build a network, in forged or
rolled steel, they build carbide lines.

탄소와 금속의 화합물로, 탄소와 크롬, 몰리브덴, 바나듐, 텅스텐,
철과의 결합입니다. 이의 생성은 내마모성을 증가 시킵니다.
특히 고속도 공구강, 냉간용 공구강에서 특징으로 나타나며,
공구강에서는 카바이트 라인을 형성합니다.

※ Steel forging (단조강)
Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties.

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것.
